Welcome to the Jodo Shinshu Center |

This beautiful new Center houses the Center for Jodo Shinshu Buddhist Studies and the Institute of Buddhist Studies. Additionally, there are offices of the Jodo Shinshu Hongwanji-ha and Ryukoku University whose headquarters and main campus are located in Kyoto, Japan, respectively. Each of these entities, while developing and pursuing their own individual programs, will also work together towards a common goal of bringing Jodo Shinshu Shin Buddhism to the forefront of American society. 
Through the activities of the Jodo Shinshu Center, we seek to develop and nurture our human resources, while at the same time working for the betterment of all peoples and society.

Located in the Jodo Shinshu Center, the Center for Buddhist Education was established by the Buddhist Churches of America (BCA) in 2005 to be a dynamic learning environment built to provide educational resources for all.
